Day 1 - Discovery Cyclo “Grande-Terre” bike

This is not a qualifying event, but a Saturday option for those who enjoy it: the Discovery Cyclo sticks to the flattest part of the island and lets you explore the “Grande-Terre” wing, with departure and arrival in Saint-François.

Day 2 - Gran Fondo “The Islands of Guadeloupe” bike

Starting in the town of Capesterre-Belle-Eau on the island of Basse-Terre, the route follows the coast towards Pointe-à-Pitre for the first 40 kilometers, loops through the city, and then reaches the main climb of the day.

This climb takes riders from sea level to a peak altitude of 620 m. It's a two-part ascent covering 13.5 km at an average of 4.3%, with an initial 5.5 km climb, followed by a 1.5 km descent, and then the toughest segment: the last 4 km with gradients above 8.5% on average. The route then continues along the western part of the island, including a shorter 5 km climb at 3%, with the summit located just 10 km before the finish line!

The race is organized under the supervision of the FFC (French Cycling Federation) and regulated by the UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale). The organizer holds the exclusive UCI GRAN FONDO WORLD SERIES license for the Caribbean region.
